During the rein of King Loshemanesh in the year 4319, in an effort to create more interaction with other cultures, the plans for a meeting place of the ahrotahn were produced by a special council. It was a vast city composed of representative properties of these various worlds, where ambassadors can commune and trade. They named the city "Ahra Pahts".
